Rajan Sethuraman

Rajan Sethuraman is currently the Chief Executive Officer at LatentView Analytics, trusted analytics partner to the worlds most recognized brands. In this role, Rajan is responsible for building a culture of learning and innovation across the organization, attracting the best analytics and data science talent, equipping them with the skills required to stay relevant and helping them to play to their strengths, achieve their true potential and realise their career aspirations.

Rajan has over 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of Business Strategy, Organization Restructuring, Analytics, Operations Improvement, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Outsourcing, Talent Strategy & Growth, Talent Acquisition and Forensic Services.

Earlier in his career, Rajan led Recruitment for Accenture’s Global Delivery Network for Technology in India responsible for recruitment of campus and experienced hires across all Industries and Capabilities for the Technology business. He was also the HR Analytics Lead responsible for the adoption of a scientific approach to HR process improvement based on data analytics impacting
renege management, attrition, staffing lead time, demand management/ supply planning, proficiency assessment and competency development.

Rajan holds a Bachelors in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
